Hea all, I'm very new to working with Apache so I hope what I say makes some kind of sense, I have Apache Installed on my win server 2003, I am trying to access my PC across the web, I have set up port forwarding on 80(also 8080) and place my IP address in the httpd.conf file, and put in the details of DocumentRoot. When I type in my ip address I just get my router login screen, I am using the correct address and not the internal one. After I place my ip address in the conf file and try restart Apache it doesnt work, service failed to start! Hope ye can help me out with this, I no that most isp's do not allow this type of connection but after emailing my isp they told me it was allowed!
