APACHE is not start

    Hi Filks,

    I'm new in php, I have installed XAMPPS version xampp-win32-1.7.2 but apache is not started, please suggest us, your suggestion would be appreciated.

    Does it happen when you click start and it says busy?
    try shutting skype down and starting it again.
    or look in the error logs of apache.

    xampp/apache/logs/errors.txt (or errorlogs.txt cant remember).
    if the first solution isn't helping try giving us the last errors you got.

    I have got xampp/apache/logs where we find 3 text file where a error text file is available, but I am not understood further.

    when we run than a error is created
    Failed to Connect

    nothing happens when you click on the start button? in the white box it should say apache is starting when you click and started when you finish and there are no problems. what does it say there? can you upload a screenshot maybe?

    try reading the apache error logs, which you seem to have just flat out ignored.

    try to change default port from 80 to something else like 678 and see if it works may be the port 80 is already in use by some app or blocked by proxy
