    Hi,

I recently acquired a new server and would like to use apache as my http proxy.

I have downloaded apache http server 2.2.16 (msi) but i have no idea how to use it.

I have installed (since its an msi) it but cont seem to make it work.

I have no idea of configuring the httpd.conf file so if i can get assistance i would really appreciate.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for your timely response.
I read the link you proposed and was able to configure and be able to make
    client computers access the proxy.

Now the only problem i am having is that the webpage desplays "itworks" to all
    the addresses i put in.

    Any suggestions?

More over, i seem to be having a hell of a time with the httpd.conf file
because i know that is where the problem is.

    Anyone with any ideas?
or a sample httpd.conf file that works with 2008 server?
