Apache Error -> "(22)Invalid argument: Cannot map..."

    Hi

    I am pulling my hair out over this...

    Why do I have this error when I try to request for a php with unicode
    name?
    "(22)Invalid argument: Cannot map GET /hello%80%81%82%83myfile.php HTTP/
    1.1 to file"

    Any help would be appreciated.

    it isn't supporting a unicode GET function call - why unicode?
