Apache Crashes after installing PHP 5.2

I successfully installed WAMP and everything was fine for PHP 5.3.

However, I need to use PHP 5.2 and installed the 5.2 version. After doing so, when I try to launch Apache, Windows tells me that Apache has crashed.

Any idea how to resolve this problem? I am on Windows Vista SP2.

    any log error?

why you don't use a virtual server with Linux/Unix OS? you can install it using virtualbox, vmware, virtualpc... virtualization types.
In Linux setup a basic server is very easy and faster, you can install Apache and PHP5.2 on Debian OS using only one command: apt-get install apache2 php5

Download the most recent version of » Apache 2.x and a fitting PHP version. Follow the Manual Installation Steps and come back to go on with the integration of PHP and Apache.
