"apache could not be started"

    It's giving another error in the C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe:
    (OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443
    no listening sockets available, shutting down
    unable to open logs
    
    Apache konnte nicht gestarted werden
    Apache could not be started
    press any key to continue . . .

    would you gys help in this

    i work on a workstation of a network
    i installed wamp5
    it does not work
    the manager gives a message
    "none of 2 services running"
    there is norton
    i would like to run it without going to network admin
    is it possible ?
