AP div's don't look right in Internet Explorer

I've built a site (using Dreamweaver CS3) with most of the info sorted out by AP Divs...it looks great in Firefox and Safari, but in IE 7.0 it looks like the divs are laying on top of each other.

I was surprised because the only W3C validation errors that turned up so far look pretty trivial. Does anyone know what went wrong here?

    home page is at:
    www . click sharpmarketing . com /beta/cven/

    Thanks very much.

From my experience no validation error is trivial. However, after looking at your errors, it does not seem like they would influence what is happening. Might I ask why you are absolutely positioning divs inside of a table?

I've redone it using the nested tables, and there's really just one strange problem remaining (that I can tell)... which is, in IE the PNG which is supposed to load in the page bottom won't show up! The file is there, it's just not being read in IE.

    Thoughts?
