Hi, due to financial issues i am liquidating pretty much all of my sites. I will loose everything if i dont sell what i have...my health is in the toilet, and i need surgery next week...so here i am selling everything i worked to build up.

Unless i get a fair offer i will not let this one go...this site can nowhere but up, it will be alot more valuable in a few years.

Search for "pokerperks" to find the thread, you'll see.

I would use serious, serious caution when dealing with this guy.

this guy has been screwing with me for the last few days. he is just pissed that he missed out on the poker site, i am selling off all my sites. you know what i dont why i waste my time here. the sale is off. ill keep my sites.
i offered everyone fresh content, and there is no law against selling a poker site twice as a template, half of all the sites beeing sold everywhere are duplicates of some sort, even so i didnt even sell any.
this is a free hosting company, believe who you want i dont care. i always take care of my clients.

 

Please ignore MJMURPHEY what he is stating is not the full truth.

We had pokerperks.org up for sale. PokerPerks.Org sold. We had about 10 emails after the fact about users wanting to buy it. We emailed all of them and told them that the site had sold and offered them a discount for copies of it without the domain name. The design that was used was a custom made design and we retain all rights to it. We did not sell the site with Exclusivity.

Now as far as AOKHost.com goes. Yes we are liquidating it, yes this site uses layered panel and yes the template used was bought from template monster.

You see on Digitalpoint template sites all the time for sale and no one ever complains about it. So I don't know what Mr. MJMUPHY's Problem is.

Do you know how mnay sites that are listed on digital point that are templates and there are thousands of users using them on the web? Does it really make a difference? It is all how you market your site and the advertising efforts alone. Google PR, Alexa Rankings don't mean nothing because they are constantly changing thier criteria. If you were a good business you would not rely on natural search engine listings alone. As we all try to achieve the top 10 but there is not enough room for everyone. And you could be top 10 today and tomorrow when they change the criterie you are in the bottom 500,000,000.
