Anything wrong with a sliding ad?

    Say I had a page that was very long, and i didn't want people to only see the ads if they're at the top of the page. Is there anything in the TOS that prohibits placement in a <div> that slides down the page as the user scrolls?

    that's not adsense though...you could say it draws undue attention to the ad - which it does

    what if a nav bar was alos in that div, as in it was just a standard element at the left, and the ads were there as well?

    I think your best bet would be to email Google and ask, possibly show them the example that you posted here.
