Anything similar to Wordpress_MU ?

    I'm building a template restore site on wordpress. For this purpose I will be installing multiple instances of WP on subdomains and so. BUT Is there anything similar to WP_MU where I dont have to install wordpress again and again.?

    I heard few services but I want it to be handy so that I can take the backup files & MYSQL of ENTIRE SITE with all SUBDOMAINS with me while selling it to someone on flippa.

    the subdomains are not physical subdomains and the db maintains all subdomains db effectively. so backup wont be problem
