Anything other than ezinearticles?

I love ezinearticles, but is there anything else out there that is somewhat similar? Ezinearticles is currently number 1 on my list.

You need article directories or you are looking for websites to get you backlinks?

For directories, good one also is www.goarticles.com
If you are after backlinks, then here's a list:

www.hubpages.com
www.wikidot.com
www.squidoo.com
www.usfreeads.com

 

The only ones you should post to are EzineArticles, GoArticles and SearchWarp, then you can add like, another three directories to those, like ArticleDashboard and ArticleCity, etc.

After that you'll start seeing diminished returns.

And Squidoo and Hubpages aren't article directories. They're places to build mini-sites...

Lol, they go hand in hand. More backlinks = Higher rankings.

 

LOL... nothin..... What I meant was, it can be good splitting the two, maybe using your articles on your own property.. I'm not wet behind the ears... I understand that backlinks contribute to better rankings, but what I do know is, throwing your 100 articles on Ezine, or any article directory for that matter.. can be a bad mistake at times...and some would be much better served on your own property..

It can work in the short term, yes.. but thinking about long term business...I woudl much rather serve my work on my own site when possible...and generate backlinks other ways
