Just wondering if anyone came across, and is willing to share, an advertiser that converts on image hosting sites. I tried Napster, eMusic, WebEx and some toner stuff but no luck. I don't want to risk eBay since I can't control what users upload and have eBay shown around questionable material.
I'd highly doubt it, other than maybe a file-sharing affiliate program (Diino and Mozy, specifically. eMusic and Napster covert pretty well on music sites, and WebEx on business sites, but promoting targeted products on a file sharing site won't really work.
I've tried a few over the years and nothing really converts for me. But i have luck occasionally with StubHub. Random big sale here and there which gives me a nice surprise every now and then. My yearbook was converting great till they pulled it.
I am trying One True Media now to see how it works on a few filesharing/image host sites i have They have a really nice site design that makes me think it can convert.. But I have thought that a few times now haha
