Anything needs to be done for additional sites?

Hello all...first post, so be gentle-

I have one site that has been earning me about $1-$2 per day with Adsense. Not a lot, but a steady 5-10 clicks per day.

I have started a few other sites and added Adsense, but I have not received any income from them at all. Zero.

In fact, a friend of mine told me, "Hey I went to your site, and clicked on your ad." (yes, the very first thing I told him was, "DON'T CLICK ON MY ADS!" but that is beside the point.)

The point is- the click never registered. So after a month, and hundreds of page impressions, and at least ONE verified click....not a single click has registered.

Do I need to do anything to 'activate' Adsense on other sites?

    Thanks,

    Karl

Are you using the "allowed sites" feature in Adsense (one of the options under "Adsense Setup")? If you are, you probably need to add the new sites to the list.

Maybe I didn't get your question exactly but the fact is, you do not need to 'activate' anything for the adsense ads to appear. Once the codes are there, and if it's a valid click, the earning will start to count.

In fact, you are allowed to use the same adsense codes on different sites so it should not be a problem whether you want to place it everywhere.
