Anything I should change about the design?

Let me know if you think there is anything I should do differently with the design.

Also, I wanted to add things to the site, but the nav space is limited. What do you think I should do with the navigation to improve it?

In general a nice site. Clean and to the point. My only criticism is the background. I find that the patterns disturb the reading. You could increase the size of the letters maybe or 'bolden' them. Or even blur the background.

Nice site, I like it. One thing that I noticed on your homepage, is that you don't have a H1 tag, just H2 & H3 tags. You should consider using one, as it will strengthen your Search Engine Optimisation.

 

The site looks clear, simple and attractive. There is no extra elements, that could disturb browsing process.
Color scheme is also very nice.
As for navigation system, I highly recommend you add Home link and main navigation bar can be moved under the logo (align can remains the same).
So, there'd be Home and Contact links instead of Collaborate and Contact and main navigation bar under these links.

 

You should change the background. It will improve the visibility.
