Does any own ever advertised on adult tube sites? like redtube/youporn? If you, how is the traffic? Does it convert wel?
Problem with those sites, is bad quality video spam... once that happens it's useless. However, a site offering HD videos or high quality videos and lengthy ones, will spread like wildfire. No need to advertise.
No, they do not convert that well. On top of that, the ad rates are so high, I could not get my money back. And I'm damn good at advertising. heh Most are looking for free stuff, pics to spank their meat to. Try it. That's the only way to know for sure for your particular situation.
Mainstream marketing and adult marketing are two totally different things. In porn tube sites you are giving away your videos so what is there to sell? Look around on the big sites pornhub, keezmovies, tube8, youporn. What are they advertising? =)
one of them (*cough* pornhub) has a pretty active social media side. someone I know gets better results with a fake profile than with actual advertising on those sites.
