I got an email saying that direct deposit into my UK bank account failed. No idea why because my account is still active. Obviously this is a problem on their side. I sure don't appreciate the email telling me that I will be paid by check though. Why don't they check on their own side and retry? Anyone else had this today or am I the only one?

Yeah, I got the same email this morning I almost went mad but luckily when I checked my bank account the money was already there. Waiting for a check would have been a disaster, man I wonder what is really going on
LOL! I was thinking it was just me. I was just like "what the hell?" - I received payments from them fine before with the same bank details, and now they're telling me a deposit failed? It's funny to see a whole bunch of other people in the same boat. *sigh*
They are doomed , i spent 30 min this morning to check if there was any issue with the bank details.....the amount is credited , but when I login it says the deposit failed....they also changed my account to check from direct deposit...were your accounts changed too from direct deposit to check....its crazy
Yep, mine was changed to check aswell. Pretty sure it's the same with the other people experiencing this problem. I just changed it back to direct deposit and re-entered my details. Same here! Direct Deposit failed. I am located in Germany and got an e-mail from clickbank as well... Well, what should I say: obviously something is broke.
Weird... I had added my new US bank account I just got, and I got this message when I logged into my CB account this morning saying it failed. Funny thing is, the payment actually went through to the previous bank account I had on file.
Clickbank have made a system update note about it: Just as an additional note... also Many of the "problems" people have had recently with Clickbank may actually be problems with the backend choice of processor/merchant bank shortcomings rather than clickbanks ability to perform their task. I'd suggest clickbank should be seriously considering taking their business to a reputable merchant bank/credit card processor that doesn't provide such problems
Good one lol BUT I don't really get why are people so mad... It failed once. ONCE. What's the big deal? It's not like you won't get your money EVER
IT didn't even fail for everyone. Seems like U.K got hit, Canadians got the e-mail but STILL received the DD, US customers had no issue. Shit happens, get over it.
agreed, occassionally even happens when real companies pay their employees ... such is life ... as long the money still comes, it's ok
