Yeah, getting banned is the best way to avoid the problem How is the appeal process? Does google actually review if you are unfairly banned?
Should not be any problem I guess (even with using the same name), as you are anyway changing the other things. But my suggestion is not use exactly the same name, change it slightly (like : skipping the surname) And BTW, open new bank account with same new name so that you will not face problem in depositing the cheques.

If you do get banned I think its good to mail them and try to get back onto the good books if it was for no reason
well i would suggest you Dont open account on your name with different information cause thats not legal, if you are banned from google you are banned if they will come to know you are banned again. Go with something new all together like your Relatives information and open accounts, there is no harm in that Buddy ...
In this case, no one gonna tell you the truth. BTW, you can always apply with parents, relatives or a company's name.
I haven't been banned, but I've been seriously thinking of getting another account under my girlfriend's name, just in case something bad happens.
