Anyone with experience in TimThumb?

    Hey Fellows!

    I was wondering if anyone here has a hands on experience with TimThumb script in WordPress that is used in order to change the photos into ThumbNails. I am using one template on a site that had some Database issues in the recent past. The database issue ruined all the thumbnails and the template is looking pretty weird now.

    Can anyone help?

    I WAS using that until my site got hacked through it. There was a whole toolkit released recently that can compromise TimThumb and basically open up your server to the bad guys.

    I would rather change my site's template so I don't set it vulnerable to threats of that sort.

    I just put the new timthumb and I get this error:

    PHP Warning: touch() [<a href='function.touch'>function.touch</a>]: Utime failed: Permission denied

    Any ideas? The old one seems to be working fine but is vulnerable to attack.
