Hey, Ive asked before and got some answers but I was wondering if anyone has an adult blog or TGP. where you post pictures and they link to hosted galleries or host galleries and linkt hem to affiliate urls. do you need to show 18usc 2257 or whatever that thing is? because they should be providing it on their site as they made the content right? Thanks in advance. Also any sites showing info on this would be great. I'm im canada but my server is in the usa so i have to run by their laws.
If you are a TGP they have to provide the 2257. If you are hosted in the US, I believe you cannot show material deemed "graphic" without a 2257, so like hardcore pictures, but actually this is very much a matter of interpretation of whoever is examining your site. So like a list of links would be ok but thumbnails that are hardcore or not. I think that's how it is.
