Anyone want's to help out a Dutch(newbie here) webmaster?

Hi there,

I’m a Dutch Webmaster and I own an int. web shop. For this shop I’m looking for someone to post “article submission” and backlinks. I’m new to this forum and because of that I can’t yet post in the Buy & Sell forum.
Is there anyone who wants to help me out, and post my thread?
I hope this is allowed, and otherwise I'm sure someone will tell me.
