    Shawn:

Does this update have anything to do with us who run "passthru.php" on non-php based sites?

The ads are working on one of my sites, but they won't work on my other site anymore. Both sites are with the same hosting company, but different servers. I've tried EVERYTHING to get this going again. I never had any problems except for the last few days. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Just trying to update the 'classic asp' code and having trouble getting the ipaddress of validate.digitalpoint.com dynamically, is there any difficulty returning this with the parameters when a link is requested please? It seems the only way to get use of the gethostbyname function is through a middle tier component, which is undesirable. Another alternative would be for me to add it statically for now. Any thoughts Shawn?

If the IP is static there should be no reason, that I can think of, why you couldn't hard code it.

Any problems with hard coding 216.9.35.51? or you passing the IP through with the parameters?

This can probably be done with WScript.Shell. Issue an "nslookup", redirecting to a temporary text file and then parse the text file for the resolution information. Everyone may not have WScript.Shell installed, but it's more friendly than having a component... Feel free to PM, Email, or IM me about this ASP script. Thanks.

It's static, but that's not to say an IP doesn't change in the future (sometimes class Cs need to be reallocated for example).

I will make it static for now and in the unlikely event that it changes it is an easy change for people to make. Where is the best place to post the new asp code?

Post it in the ASP thread, would seem most logical. Id like to see it if it conforms to all the new changes!
