    This is my first post, so it must sound weird because I talking about money.
    First..I don't see any rule, but I have to ask. Can I post here to ask for a JV, with all details?

    No you can't, investment threads belong in the partnerships forum, to post in there you will need premium membership..but don't expect to be successful, you will need to build an outstanding reputation first.
