I encountered this wordpress plug in called wp-backlinks. A tool for a link exchange for weblogs. Anyone here who has been using this tool? Please give your feedback. The download site is http://www.linksback.org/wordpress/wordpress-plugins/wp-backlinks-wordpress-plugin/ I had my doubts when I checked the forum support. It looks spammed and not being maintained properly.
it's supposed to be reasonable. But if you've found out that it isn't being supported, you should probably stay away from it.
