Hello I need help in setting up home page where you will be seeing the contents preview all in the first page and if someone clicks on individual post image or header they go to the content.

you can find a magazine theme then install it on your wp...........................and its ready to activate..................activate it and enjoy
Now can I use any of the theme available and customize my home page using little tweaking so as to look the website like how I wanted to be?Will that be considered as a terms of violation of that theme service?
Yes you can do that. Just follow this tutorial: How to Create a Custom Home Page in WordPress It is a two part tutorial. So first make a custom page template... that tutorial is also linked from the tutorial I listed above. If you have any questions please ask in the comments of that post.
