TLV Media is a performance based ad network. They determine your CPM based on leads generated from your site. so what happens is after few days (may be a week), visitors from your site will stop joining at your CPM will reach bottom $0.01 Also, from what information I have gathered, they again raised their payout from $1 to original $50 And mind well, they have net 45 payout !!! No idea why they closed my account. I emailed them are they keep saying i they can login, but when i recover my password 100 times, i couldn't login 100 times. Now when i request my password, they said my user is not in DB :s

Once approved as a publisher in TLV Media, you must agree to the following: - Traffic must not fall below 50,000 hits a month or TLV Media reserves the right to cancel your account. - You may not offer your users any incentives to view or click TLV Media ads unless you have explicit permission from TLV Media to do so. - You may not artificially inflate views or clicks on any TLV Media ad. - You may not place ad-coding on any URL not approved by TLV Media - You may not run any of our ads on a page that pops up(put our ads on a popup), unless you receive explicit Permission from TLV Media prior to doing so. Failure to follow any of the above may result in termination of your account and/or all outstanding earnings being forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel any accounts that have very low performance rates.
