    Is anyone here using the snip tool to shorten their urls? The snip links seems not to be working today, and this has dramatically reduced my hops and my sales today!!

    If you are using this tool just check if you are having the same problem.

    I've always used .html and .php scripts to cloak my links.

    Not that I don't trust these services but it's a lot more aesthetic.

    If you're using a self hosting website then follow the tutorial below to cloak your links.

    1) Place the code below in a notepad file, and save it as your "productname.php" --

    <?php
    header("Location: http://xxxxxx.4idiots.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=334rff5");
    exit;
    ?>

    Don't forget to change your clickbank ID, vendor ID and the tracking ID if you're using one.

    2) Upload it to your server in the root folder of your site.

    3) Refresh your website and you should be automatically redirected to the product when you access...

    http://www.yourdomainame.com/productname.php

    Thanks for the info.

    I usually use those sites when I am testing a product then i don't care to change the links later. And I usually keep on getting sales from there!!

    is .php working on mydomain.com if i'm using blogspot?
    because what i did so far, i use a forwarded subdomain to replace my aff link, so it will be like productname.mydomain.com, is that possible?

    pls give me your idea on this as well since I found myself a bit worry using 3rd party service.
