I've never heard of it, but might have to check it out. I assume you mean this program? http://www.storestacker.com/ are you using it? are you making any money?
not using it, but am tempted to buy the storestacker + all plugins package (i wonder if that includes all future plugins as well) how much do u charge for your vbulletin set-up service
Ok, here's the deal on storestacker. It is not very well made software. I installed it and ran it for a day and got a refund because it is so poorly written. It is obnoxious to install because it uses the Zen optimizer and you have to upload everything in binary mode. If you don't get the instructions just right, the whole thing blows up on you and you have to do it again. It is annoying. Once you get it running, setting up a store is also annoying. It is not a fast piece of software. In fact, it's quite slow. A lot slower than I thought it would be, which is disappointing. Last, the actual themes are ugly. They don't mesh well with anything and if you want to write your own, you have to use smarty templates, which are not that great either. If you want to do your own niche store, I made a free wordpress plugin to include eBay auctions on your blog. It costs NOTHING and it makes money. It routinely makes me $100+ a month with minimal traffic < 1,000 uniques a day. There is a link to it in my sig. Also, I'm working on making free, open source versions of my plugin for other programs such as Amazon and the like, so within a month or two, there should be open source alternatives that suck less than StoreStacker.
I have to agree with most of the above, I bought storestacker, the idea behind it is great but it is just so poorly written. To do any SEO with it is almost impossible and the admin backend is so hard and clumsy to use. # The templates tend not to update with each plugin so some templates show some of the plugins correctly and others don't. And smarty templates really really annoy me, you won't make your own unless your great with html and have about a week to spare. The support overall is good however, the two guys at half again .com including scott trimble are helpful but the product in my opinion lets them down greatly.
Thanks for the lowdown on storestacker. I was looking for some info on the software and you hit the nail on the head.
