Anyone using phplivesupport.com for their customer support

    I am thinking of adding this to our affiliate program so I can be able to right away introduce myself and offer support when a new affiliate hits our program's index page.

    Anyone exploiting this live support solution?

    I personally not recommend it coz PHPLiveSupport to be quite slow to respond and have lost many chats due to it. Inspite of changing machines and increasing bandwidth the problems continued. I personally recommend liveperson simply for its host of features that you get with it.

    it's the best support cms ever, my company where i worked also use it for customer support cms.
