Hi, I was looking for a hosting that is unlimited and can hold unlimited website I found www.ixwebhosting.com can anyone review about their service? i find them cheaper compare to the major others but not so sure how their quality of services & support any opinion?
No need to go with an over-seller. If you do plan to go with them make sure you read their TOS as there are many restrictions. - Prilep
I have never used them their packages definetely seem like they are overselling, So I checked it out there is a nice LONG list of reviews, There is a few good, but it looks like its mainly bad reviews http://www.vistainter.com/reviews/I/ixwebhosting.com/
what about bluehost are they oversellers too? but seems like a lot of people recommend them and it stated they hosting more then half a million domains
Bluehost is also an over-seller. See our plans http://www.tmzhosting.com. Those are realistic plans. - Prilep
I have to clarify that I am not tmzhosting user but if I am a potential client I would choose theirs even if it is offering a few hundred times less than the rest. At least the packages looks sustainable and reasonable, even if a client uses the max, the servers shd still be able to take it. If you are really going for those TB web hosting, make sure you backup regular
I am using ixwebhosting for some of my old websites since last 1.5 years and let me tell you it sucks big time . The speed , bandwidth , space etc are very good but they suspend your website account once your website limit is reached . The only thing I like about Ix is their live support is very helpful . One of my website's which used to get over 1200 Uniques a day was suspended a week back and this is what I was told I recommend you to go with Hostmonster.com or Hostgator.com . I've been using hostmonster since last 3 months and one of my site gets over 4000 Uniques a day and is still running successfully .
but the live support is offline not 24-7? http://www.hostmonster.com/ better then bluehost? seems like a lot of people and ebook recommend bluehost
They do offer a very attractive affiliate scheme, so I would trust that the ebooks benefited a lot from advertising these hosts.
Yeap I think you are right, I remembered two good paying affiliate hosting under different domain names but having the same ownership. It should be these two alright.
If I were you I'd get a small reseller account with ResellerZoom, its fora lot price and I was never dissapointed with them. HostGator also has a good reputation.
i had them, ended up not really using the hosting i bought (got in on that onelove deal or whatever its called). i have hostgator right now and its not too shabby. only had hostgator for a month though so who knows
