Just wandering if anyone is using a geographic targetting script which displays Amazon ads relevent to the country the visitor is coming from based on their IP address. I'm planning my own niche site at the moment, and I think that an important factor in monetizing my traffic efficiently would be to use such a script, so all tips and resources are greatly appreciated.
interesting... how does that work when you need a different affiliate ID depending on which amazon? Are you saying the script can switch affiliate IDs?
Kind of. Just a simple PHP script which displays different code for different IP addresses based on country, so you would have your amazon.com affiliate code show for US IP addresses, and your amazon.co.uk affiliate code show for UK IP addresses. I haven't found a simple enough script to do this yet.
