I have never used SMF but after reading your question I searched for DzinerStudio SMF Theme and reached on their website and saw their themes and codings and stylesheet as well. So the conclusion is that, I think you should have to edit .inner in the stylesheet to increase post font. I hope it will work if not then tell me the url so I can see the theme in which you want to increase font size. Thanks!
