anyone using chitika contextual ON?

    Hello,

I have asked chitika support to turn on my contextual version as I am not running google adsense or the like.

While I wait the 2-3 business days (snort!) for that to happen I thought I'd ask what peoples experience has been with chitika contextual ON?

    Thanks in advance!

I have 1 site running with contextual on. I don't get very high CTR although I don't get many visitors either.

I do get great CTR on my site where I choose my own keywords though.

I emailed them...but it's taken more than a week for them to set it up...they still haven't and I sent another email.

Tried just setting ch_non_contextual = 0; as far as I remember it works.

Just tested and they are indeed contextual.

Well.. On the forum where I just tried it shows digital camera ads in a thread about digital cameras, it show wool coat ads in a thread about winter coats. It shows paper ads in a thread about paper.

If it's not contextual it's a darn good coincidense.

    I run them with non_contextual = 0; and remove ch_query.

Running "contextual on" in one place, just by switching the settings mentioned above. It's definitely contextual, as I have no products defined and I'm getting aquarium stuff in the ads:

BTW I emailed support as well and it's taking them forever to get back to me...
