Anyone used this tool for finding links?

    Has anyone used https://www.potential-link-finder.xyz/ before? i'm not affiliated with them but thought it was a neat tool to find niche specific links fast.

    The video looks good and tool looks pretty effective as well but I am not going to invest anything on something which I haven't tried myself.
