I know what Morgan means.. I also run this type of service and it sometimes is difficult to find targetted posters in tight genre's (however we always succeed!)

Okay taken at random here are some posts on a Monet orientated forum.

    #1

Having never purchased a piece of business real estate, I was wondering if any forum members were interested in discussing the ins and outs of real estate that is business-related rather than residence-related.

Are there different approaches that you need to keep in mind?

Would you ever conduct a real estate transaction involving a place of business without consulting a realtor to make sure all the bits and pieces are taken care of?

I'm not looking to get into the market now ... just was wondering if anyone had any comments that might help judge whether it's a good market to get into (buying and selling business real estate ... I guess either with the business too or just the property itself)?

The choice of search engine for PPC depends on a lot of things, but here are some to keep in mind:

Are you selling local or regional, national or international?
Are you selling one or a lot of products?
Do you have time to keep track of the progress of your campaigns or is your time limited?
Are you familiar with PPC processes or a relative newbie?
Are you able to create different landing pages for your website, or will you need (and can you afford) a designer to help you set up some different pages for different promotions or times of year?

Just a few things to think about before you start looking at what the different search engines have to offer for PPC options.

Yahoo! Finance also has a ticker symbol lookup tool. You just enter the name of the company or part of it, whether it's stocks or mutual funds or whatever, and whether or not it's just in North America or worldwide. Probably just the name is enough.

    Anyway, the link is
    http://finance.yahoo.com/l.

I use it all the time (got it bookmarked). It even will tell you which markets are supported and what the lag time is in Yahoo!'s info. I guess there's a "real-time" version you can use to look at prices, but I just use it for ticker symbols.

    Hope you like

Its way to expensive $200? What a joke? No offfense but you better be posting gold if you want that much for 1600 posts...

Tho...I would pay $200 for like 20 really active members, how about starting a recruiting service...huh...morgan...just suggestion you figure out the details :)

Well my site forum is virtually empty other than what has been posted under the alias of "matt matcherson". Feel free to check progress there...or add your own 2 bits for that matter. Unfortunately it's a clunky drupal forum...but that is what I want there for now. dating site

    Hi buddy

You also told me my service was too expensive.
If you're not happy with people's prices, then please just stay away. There is no point telling people their prices are a "joke" then storm off when they wont lower the price for you.

I hope you went to that "other" service you said you were going to, though I think you were just lying about that :)

Here i want to advice all of you that please rethink what are forums. You must have traffic before initiating any forum activity. But if you haven't any traffic. Then it is complete collapse of your plan.Forums cannot run through paid postings.

Morgan, I suggest you start to communicate with people who have PAID YOU MONEY a little better. :|

It's now about 12 hours since I recieved your last message along the lines of "Sorry, had problems, will start again now"... And I haven't seen a thing.

I'm getting a bit pissed off here. It's not like I asked for a million posts in the space of one day, but now there hasn't even been a post for 3 days.

Sorry, but I don't think I'd recommend your service.

We have allready placed two writers on your forum which have allready started and made a total of 34 posts we rather space posts out for longer periods of time this seems to incourage guests and old members to posts more often and each day instead of posting for one day in a large amount and then having your forum go back to the way it was.
If you wish for use to post quicker please contact me saying so if not we will carry on doing the amount we recommend.

    Morgan -

Is it possible to have some type of sign in where customers can log in and see what user names have posted and how many posts?

I think your actual service is one of the best but you will need to work out your communication before things get completely out of hand. I am ready to use you again but I have the same issues as others with not knowing who is actually the paid posts.

Like I said, the quality of posts (in my case anyway) was excellent...Why not spend an hour or two setting up a communications system?

    Cheers

No morgan - you have placed 1 writer on there. Under 2 names (Not what was advertised). And it's easy to tell because one logs out, and the other starts posting again immediatley.

They then made 34 posts within an few hours between them...

Is that what you call spacing it out?

    http://forum.oweb.co.uk/search.php?searchid=779

Most of all though, what pisses me off is the complete lack of communication on your part until I start sending you PM's.

Frankly, if you can't deliver what you promise, then I wouldn't do it at all.
    _________________

What's sad about all this, is that if I felt you were delivering quality results, I'd tell everyone about it. I've had people do work for me in the past, who are now getting *loads* or orders from my family and friends because I felt the quality was excellent.

As it is, I'm having to write my objections in public because I can't seem to get a valid response from you via PM. You said that you would start seeing posts again yesterday. I haven't.

It's now 3 days since I saw posts.
The funny thing is, that this is exactly what you have done. 1 day with 30 odd posts and nothing since. :|

I can assure you that there is two unique writers on your forum you can pm me for more details i dont wish to publish there details for everyone to see.
Also regarding you pm's i have replied to everyone of them, i feel that you are being quite rude in giving such feedback about communication when you have not looked into the full details.
Your order has been started and we are still within the time frame how does this make it bad service?
