He is a single person not able to provide any kind of support.

But during my dealing with you, I did not get any feeling that you have the knowledge of handling web hosting.
And yes, do not laugh too much. You are indulged in some illegal activities in your business which I do not want to disclose here for your own good.

There are many things getting illegal online and people looks for offshore hosting only because of it.
