Anyone use Ukrainian Paypal for Receiving Money?

I heard from a Ukrainian friend that Ukrainian Paypal accounts can only send money, not receive. Is this really true? Why would they do this and when do you think it might change? Does anyone know how to use Paypal then, if you are Ukrainian?

 

If they change and add any features, all PP users of the country would get an email.
There are some restrictions with govt or other things which makes PP to have restrictions in their account as well. And thus you can use it to only buy and not to receive money.

I am not sure about Paypal in Ukraine, but there is very similar system called Liqpay.com the system allows you to accept credit cards and payments from other members.

 

There are many money transferring companies in the market and also some of them are very popular because of their services.There are many people who are using such kind of companies money transferring system.

 

Yes, but many clients are unwilling to use anything except PayPal, and therein lies the problem.
