    it works for me. I use it all the time. How do you find out if a site has a fake pagerank? I recently discovered an expired site at top position on msn search and it had a pr of 3 but it's not on google's index. does this mean it's fake? or they dropped it because it expired?

    Why dont you chack it directly from google toolbar? That must be the most reliable tool in any case :)

    Check the cache. If its for another site then the PR is fake. If the site has only a few links then the PR is probably wrong. If its not indexed then its wrong.
