Anyone use Skype's SkypeIn & SkypeOut Services

    I honestly can't see myself without these two. My own personal phone number and unlimited worldwide calls for $14/month


    Anyone use these services?

    I use skype but only its messenger. I have not even heard about the services which you have mentioned here.

    I've used SkypeOut to call a cell phone in America (I'm in England). Much cheaper than any other way of doing it, and call quality was fine.
