Considering he is making less than how much he needs to pay just for the hardware and also has those lifetime accounts tied to his neck, i'd say it ain't worth even 10$. Not even to mention the "good publicity" it already has.

If he really does have Monthly: $340.60 (43) then it is clearly worth more than $10. It would take a lot more than $10 to gain 43 customers. Now like you said lifetime accounts are a problem. Now depending on how the sale goes down you could end up without the lifetime accounts. Now the sale does not seem that bad.

Just a hypothetical if we (Hawk Host) were to purchase them. The first order of business would be to ger rid of those servers at LT. Do a mass change on the dns to set the TTL low. Wait a few days then do a cpanel transfer onto our current machines. From there switch the nameserver IP's and now the $600 server cost is gone and you have now $4573.94 a year in extra revenue.

The problem with a lot of these small hosts is they overbuilt due to lack of knowledge on how to make their servers efficient or buying servers that are low end and less cost effective in the long run.

bilal doesnt acutally work for shoutserv anymore and 17 year olds are good at getting sales they just mess things up most of the time by selling something that will affect everyone e.g proxy hosting tyhe best place for that is either a dedi or a load balanced server between a minimum of 5 serevrs

Oh, you should offer like free servers for a month or something with purchase, that would get some sales.

Also, learn how to post on DP so you are not continously bumping the thread and running up you post count.. Probably get around 6-10 infractions just from this thread.

Chris Blood is somewhat right.. But i dont think anyone is seriously going to spend money on shoutserv..

Lol.. now that you mention it.. I believe shoutserv to be trash... seriously.. I've not seen any host that sells at such crazy prices!!!

as for the 17 year old issue... they may be good when it comes to marketing (cze they exaggerate ,... that's their nature).. but as you said... they mess up..
so,.. if you can't afford to hire professionals.... well.. then the rest should be pretty clear...

But it would raise a million flags for the buyers as to why they are selling.. People buying a company are not stupid if they get the default answer "i have no time for it" then it would smell like a scam and they would probably get half a months revenue for it ^_^

    Is he selling Shoutserv?
If yes... the screenshots show that he has 700 clients.. and he says the company has 79 customers...
    now.. is that not confusing?

They are all shoutserv's clients reguardless if they get the cash or not..

700 accounts on 1 account is HORRIFICALLY BAD no matter which way you look at it.. there is no upside.

lol.. exactly.. and if you do the math..
each user (shared/reseller/master/alpha).. gets an average of 0.14% of CPU resources.. !!!!
Do you seriously think that is GOOD? and LOAD BALANCED?

no matter they have no uptime!
