    Lol..
    I can't believe this..

the staff members have contradictions going on between them.. and you expect them to have good services?

A host that discloses the email addresses of it's clients, has no uptime, has the members of its staff arguing amongst themselves about being or not being a part of the company, employs 13 and 16 year olds as marketing personnels....
and sells Unlimited plans with Dedi server specs for the price of a shared hosting plans....

And then you expect them to have 'GOOD' level of service with 'NEW' servers that look as if they were acquired from some kind of yard sale??

    Gimme a break..
Before you guys go about launching a hosting business, read a few books on how to run a company.....

There's nothing wrong with 16 year olds ;] I'm 16 nearly 17 and I've had my company for 2 years and more successful than many adults.

    Oh sorry mate...
Did not mean to offend you...

what I meant was.. they need to stop recruiting non-experienced ones..

Cze.. Bilal Ghouri.. their 16-year old marketing guy... is currently banned from DP, and he was also on Hostbidder forums.
On HB forums, he would copy/paste articles from DP, to get more points (free domains and money)..
so.. i certainly would call him, non-professional...

ZOMG. They are garbage why do they keep reselling!??!

They have ruined so many people's sites because of the downtime and pointless deletions so the people hosting with them lost there visitors.

    Sentest honestly.. Find something better.

    I disagree with that

If they do in fact still have that many monthly clients it is not terribly bad. The numbers look bad but for a host with a server fleet already could just take those accounts span them across current machines and it would not look bad.

The real stumbling block here would be the life time accounts. So unless something can be worked out with them to be on reasonable payment cycles then this company won't be sold for much.

I'd also probably make the owner sign a legally binding contract that they cannot startup another competing product for at least a year. Just because they could very well attempt to get their customers back under another company name.

Other than these small points assuming the owner would sign any legal papers that need signing it wouldn't be that bad.
