is there anyone able to use this paypal feature? i downloaded the plug-in and followed the instruction but when trying to generate the code, i always got this error message: "Your request could not be processed at this time, please try again later." i have US premier paypal account and it has been verified since years ago. it has 0 balance but i have my bank account as the secondary funding source. is this feature still in beta version? there is not enough information about this feature in paypal website
I have never even heard of this feature. I'll have to check my Paypal account and see what's up. Paypal can be very cantankerous.
this is actually another name of paypal virtual debit/mastercard. i just called paypal and they said that they've been working to solve this issue and there is not any fix yet. however, i've noticed a lot of people are able to use this virtual card without any problem.
