    Hello Sidfromla,

I'm Jen, an Affiliate Manager at Flexoffers.com. We are a full blown network that has relationship with some of the top Merchant out there. In addition, Flexoffers.com works hard to provide competitive payouts to our publishers. We pay our clients for all of their earned commissions, via Paypal, Direct Deposit (if located in the US) or mail you a check. There is absolutely no scam at our network. If you have any questions about our services, please feel free to call me @ 305-940-9940 ext 126. I will be glad to answer any questions you may have with our network. :0)

    Hey Jen,

Why can't your network pay timely? Why do you pay on the 5th one month and then the 28th the next month? And why only once a month? Also, how come Dave Oweener the compliance manager doesn't know anything about internet marketing? All you guys here at digital point, Flexoffers does pay when they feel like it but don't be surprised if you wake up one morning, log into your account and you have been suspended until you kiss Dave's butt...

    Hi Danmoore,

Just like most networks, FlexOffers.com pays when we receive payments from our merchants. In some cases, the merchant may on different time frames; which may cause some delay in payment. However, we always strive to accommodate our publishers in a timely manner.

Dave Owino our Compliance Manager, works to insure that each merchant that we have a relationship with, is being properly represented on a publishers site. If publishers site gets suspended, this is probably because they violated the merchants terms and we had to take action in effort to maintain a positive relationship with ever advertiser we work with. Every suspended/deactivated site has an opportunity to remain in our network once they make the necessary changes to abide by the merchant's terms. In the event that they do not follow through, their status will remain so.

If you ever want to discuss your FlexOffers.com account in more details and want an extensive explanation on your account status, please feel free to call or email me privately and I will be happy to speak with you. or 305-999-9940 ext 126.

Looking forward to hearing from you :)

They are a scam. From my experience, they take money from merchants and then do not pass along to their affiliates. One of the oldest confidence games on the Web, if not particularly sophisticated.

They owe me more than $2,000 at the moment. I've left their program as they simply do not pay. Every time you ask where your check is, and when it's coming, you get a different excuse -- the merchant hasn't paid us, there's been a processing delay, your tax form isn't on file (even though it is), etc.

Do a search for "flexoffers scam" and you'll see others with similar experiences. I am also friends with several large site owners and they have experienced similar issues. Save yourself a headache and use a more reputable affiliate program, such as Commission-Junction or Linkshare.

I plan to file a lawsuit against them, but I wanted to post here so that no other website owners are scammed by them. Also, their site is down a lot and always has "reporting bugs" and unexpected click reporting outages. Totally unprofessional.

    Hello Nadav,

We apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Netflix recently decreased their commissions across the board. As of early this month, they now pay $12.

    Thank you

    Kahunadev,

We apologize for the "bad" experience you have had with our network. Please understand that we have no desire to withhold commissions earned according to the Merchants Terms. FlexOffers.com is a successful network with positive relationships with thousands of publishers. We are a profitable affiliate network that is growing every month.

FlexOffers.com pays when we receive payments from our merchants. We have a new tool on our interface that lists the status of pending payments in your account. This tool will allow you to determine which sales we are awaiting payments from and when your next check will be sent to you. We always pay all of our publishers in full for their sales.

You might be upset because your payment was not sent to you on demand, but we are a professional company and we have policies put in place to protect our publishers, merchants and ourselves. Please do not waste your time copying and pasting slander filled articles all over the web because you are upset. This can easily be resolved.

If you would like to discuss your account in more detail, I will be happy to clear up any misunderstandings. However, if you continue to slander our company with false pretense, we may have to take legal actions against you.

    Thank You :)
