Anyone use "GetPaidTo" type of a site for their own 'incent CPA' offers?

I was just wondering if anyone uses "GetPaidTo" type of a site to generate their own leads for their 'incent CPA' offers from their affiliate program??

I'm telling you it is very profitable. It aint easy to start up, but once you pay out a few users, more and more will start to come and before you know it you will need to hire people to answer support tickets Check out the link in my sig; it has everything covered you need to know about it.

I did it for a while,then sold the site. It was profitable but you have to really take care of it. Best thing to do is brainstorm,most people use free xboxes or whatever but the real gold now is WoW gold(that`s what I did).
