Anyone Use Bizrate ?

I signed up to Bizrate for my business on Friday last week.

I can only afford $100 advertising per month. I put 50 items from my online shop into their search engine and was paying minimum bid for each which was 25c.

I have had to pause the campaign as of yesterday night.

The reason i have had to pause is because my advertising money is for a whole month and i have had 144 clicks in three days and half the advertising budget has gone. I have scaled the products back and currently have just 20 in but cannot resume the advertising for at least 10 days and maybe 2 weeks or the budget will run out.

I am wondering if i am suffering click fraud and the reason i ask that is because there is a very big name competitor which comes up for all the items i sell and this competitor must have a great advertising budget as they are also on NextTags site. My prices were equal and sometimes beat this competitor.

I have read that click fraud accounts for 30% of Googles pay per clicks scheme and i wonder how bad it is at Shopzilla ( Bizrate )

My main concern is the advertising is now on hold and i am wondering if anyone can offer advice on how to get this right as it will kill my business if i can't figure it out and god knows i have read countless articles on the subject. I tried Google Ads but i just couldn't get the adwords right and after five clicks per day my advertising was put on hold as i was limited to a budget.

I have a really nice site and competitive prices but the advertising side is killing me as i cannot afford more than $100 a month and it just isn't lasting a full month.

I will read more of this site for tips and idea's but i wonder if anyone who has used Shopzilla can help me or offer advice.

We recently had a spike in traffic on shopzilla. In one day we had a spike of over 20x the norm (over $300 for one day!). We emailed shopzilla about this and they blew us off with an e-mail reply that said that click fraud was impossible through shopzilla (Ya Right!). The e-mail they sent is absolutely absurd stating things like a user would have to "erase every protocol on their computer, find and erase all of their cookies, reset the log on their IP address, scrub their hard drive and computer drivers" I understand the IP and cookies (Which can be easily changed) but scrubbing the hard drive and computer drivers??? I would love to know what technology they are using that requires you to do this to commit click fraud. We emailed them again and have yet to get a reply after about two weeks.

Anyone else having any issues? We have spoken to our attorney and are considering building a case and would love to hear from anyone experiencing the same problems.
