As the CEO of AWSM! Technology, I feel compelled to participate in this forum not to defend what we do but set the record straight about some things. First of all, this forum is being used, directly and indirectly, by former (disgruntled) employees to vent in a way that I can only classify as "sour grapes". In addition, the majority of our business is done over the Internet through our automated web sites which means that people make complete buying decisions regarding our product using just the information on our web site. All information is accurate on our web site and we even add a legal disclaimer so customer expectation is kept at a minimum. We do this because, like any new business there are many factors that need to come together at the right time to really be successful. We don't pretend to be a "get rich quick" scheme. We are not a business opportunity company, we are an Internet technology company that markets to small businesses and the new home based business market. We use the same technology to market existing web sites to search engine and we have many businesses that choose AWSM over our competition because it works, and for no other reason. We have challenges like any company but we stand behind everything we develop. We have over 8 years of research and development into our IP and we welcome any customer or prospect to come down and meet with our software developers in person to get a level of comfort needed to decide whether AWSM is a good fit for them.

Thank you for the above. It was 'informative', but I think we're chasing the bullseye again. Understand there are disgruntled employees about - the big question here is why would they post here? Is there something they are trying to protect us from? Understand this company isn't going to make folks rich overnight - but for an initial starting cost of $4k's, you would think there were more certainties, and gaurantees. Understand you all are trying to keep consumer expectations low - but you're asking folks to give up a significant amount of their investments, in some cases - their live savings. You are asking folks to buy into something completely on faith. Please, bottomline it for us...where's the proof that this system works? I'm just an outsider, but you all don't realize just how close you came to getting my $4k; and you still may, If someone could just cut through the clutter for me. I've never had to manage this amount of my investment (my life savings) before, but I think I would have been HIGHLY upset if I poured it into something that 1) has disgruntled employees who are attempting to steer other people away 2) offers no gaurantees of success, and hides behind disclaimers and 3) is asking folks for high start-up costs solely on a leap of faith. I realize you claim to be new and have growing pains, but can you see this from the consumer's point of view? Can you please step into our shoes? What would you do?...

By the way, I've already committed the initial $100 for the first web portal, and no one has let me know how I can access it, just to see how it works and how I can manuever around in it -- there's $100 down the drain...

    Hey Gents,

Heres the low down again........Mr. Questions first of all save your money my friend. When i first joined up i was under the impression that i would be making money say not the first pay check but the second one after christmas. They initially tell you you'll make 300% on your investment. Im not sure if they are still telling you guys that or not who knows. Either way i have been trying to get my money back from these guys and it's like pulling teeth from them. Once i gave them my cc the money was gone the very next day, but god help you if you try to get it back............Anyways i have been talking to a gentelmen by the name of Ron for the past day or so, he's a nice guy i will give em that and i believe his intentions are good but i feel that the company is like no matter what under no circumstances we are not go give a refund. So he tells me to talk to a gentleman by the name of Robert and i'll leave it at that not including his lastname. Anyways the guys is another smooth guy, very nice etc and i initially told him i'd like to try to get a refund. He tells me from his experience of investing the 10K's it's taken like a year and a half to see the return on his money which is about 20k a month. Pretty good money yes...........But i didn't invest the 10g's......Anyways he goes into saying i know you need money now we have this new concept which is something like micro sites, i saw the examples, they looked great, great ideas everything.....These sites are supposed to immediately bring in money, and im sure they do ok............but then he goes they are like 5K.......Im like wtf..............Im here to try to get my money back and your upselling me????????? lol unbelieveable....So while were talking i think he clued in i wasn't gonna do this and he throws out partially through the conversation that im not gonna get my money back , yada, yada, yada.....Im like thats not right. We initally talked some more he said i needed to talk to Ron again. I said they directed me to u ..whats up with that??? He said he's here to make money for people he doesn't do the refunds etc. Sighhhhhhhhh so i spoke with ron again and now he said he's gonna talk to this one guy who i think is the owner, who knows but he said he can ask him which because they've already done my site map etc the contract is completed. I told them i haven't been in that long and theres been alot of problems it's only fair. I even said i dont expect to get the entire amount back. So he's gonna pass me on to the big wig......whoever that is.......Hope this helps....

Ok guys im not saying anything else negative regarding awsm. First of all when i wrote that info i was very frustrated because of my situation with them. Situation is cleared up all is well. Secondly this company can and will make you money. They have a thing called microsite which are the hottest thing going right now, which can and do make you instant cash. These guys have been around for 12 years and aren't going anywhere. Dont take them too lightly!

I must be the biggest chump in the world. I've read all the posts. I am now literally sick to my stomach. Wait until you hear my story. First of all, I thought I was a pretty smart person. I'M AN IDIOT. I bought the crap that AWSM threw at me, hook, line and sinker. It started with the nicest person named Linda. I forget what my intial outlay was. I was promised a "middle to high" six digit income. I am also in Sales, so I should have seen through the bull$%@#. But I didn't. Then I was ssssooo special, that I got to deal with Ron, who apparently was Linda's boss. Again Ron.....very nice person and I got suckered in. Now, I know their contract does not read 6 digit income, but all of the people I've spoken to, Linda, Ron, hard driven sales guy named Michael and then the guy Rick in Customer Service who Michael so kindly turned me over too. Micheal won't take my calls. I've even emailed the President of the company, his name is Mr. O'Brien. The perky little receptionist was so kind to give me his email address. I'm sure he didnt' read the email, or maybe he did. Because I got an email from Rick in Customer Service saying "lets talk". I began this journey last August. Today is Feb. 14, 2006. I've invested over $11,000 HOW STUPID AM I? With the additional monies I was to have TWO microsites. The first site went up about 2 weeks ago. Now, keep in mind....you cannot pick your product. Here's my website....you have to check it out. www.plantsandgarden-supplies.com

That's right, like who isn't going to run down to their local Home Depot to buy this stuff right? So far the site has had 27 visitors. Wow. I should hit six digits any minute now. I am STILL waiting for my second microsite. This transaction went down in December. I was "promised" the sites would be up within 2 weeks. I DON'T CARE WHAT TRINITI OR ANYONE ELSE FROM AWSM HAS TO SAY.......THIS IS A LOAD OF CRAP, WHO RAPE PEOPLE FINANCIALLY. I AM TAKING MY COMPLAINT ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP AND THAT INCLUDES A TRIP TO ARIZONA. God help AWSM, because I can be one mean b!tch!!!

No need to go over their regretful company again...just wanted to throw out one more piece of evidence against them to keep people from signing up.

They are horrible, their ad directors are ruthless and rude. I never received my "ad" and I was told by a manager that she would do whatever she could to help me get a refund because she had never heard of anyone at AWSM being so rude and pushy. Nor had she ever heard of anyone not receiving their ad. hmmm.

Don't throw your money away! AWSM is a terrible company to do business with; even if their "technology" was real. They are just bad, bad business.

I have remortgaged my home to pay all the legal costs and hoping this will help get monies back for those who are with me.

Good luck with that. 12 years is a long time for a company to be in buissness. Maybe its taken your supposed lawyer soo long to create a case because, he knows there isnt one. Some one in a previous post asked why I didnt invest into it...so I did. I make great money with the program because I did the work for it. Maybe if you could get a life and stop whining on message boards you too could make a little cash.
