That is some pretty sweet insight. Did you manually submit the 30 articles to 120 sites? Or did you use an automated process?

    Wow! Great work!

So am I to assume you will use these sites as feeder sites and get a quick and easy 30 different PR2 or PR3 links to some other site that you own?

Or will you sell links on this network of sites?

In any case, what a great idea!

The Google shows 0-2 inbound links to every of your websites. So there's a big change your sites will be PR0 after update.

I woudn't be very optimistic until they really gain any PR.

Well thats the reason we dont look at what Google shows for backlinks, because it doesnt show them and is useless.

I paid someone to do it through an automated process. Personally I dont think all the articles were submitted to every article site.

Should have got more backlinks. But I am too lazy to submit 30 articles to 100+ article directories. :)

Seeing as PR means nothing and Google doesn't show many links I don't really see how this is relevant.

There's a theory that Google only shows the links which are considered "good".

I have a site which has like 50 links in Yahoo, and 0 in Google (the site is new though) and all those links are shitty directories links , because the site isn't too good to be approved by good directories.

That's definately not the case. I've had links from PR6 sites not show up in Google, while PR0 sites show up all the time.

PR is what Google made to determine importance. So I would have to disagree with that.

Indeed - some of the links that Google actually shows for my better sites are absolute crap (hey - I will take them!), yet they only show about 1% of my links. If Google only shows the "good" ones, then they are in worse shape than I thought they were...

i have done that, but then you get mostly pagerank 4-5 or at most 6 article submission websites, are there page rank 8-9 websites available that submit articles?

    om :)
Hi, I think submitting on a more intimate level may be right for me. I'd like to visit your site and leave a few words and then may I also leave a link to my site there?
    Thanks :)

PS. jhona, thanks for that list. I will take a look at some of those and see what I can learn.

I usually submitt to ezinearticles, goarticles and isnare.

On average 1 article brings in around 150 backlinks after about 1 year of being live. I checked out some of the places who posted my artciles and some have upto PR3, etc.

Its really good way to build high quality related links.
