They seem to be a legit network, at least so far, but the payment threshold is comparatively higher than other networks, which is kind of a setback for me as my blog generates hardly around 4 to 5 dollars a month, which will probably take me 2 years to reach the 100 dollars payment limit.
All those points you have raised are pretty legit. But since they are Russia based, as you said, no one is going to ask them the reason why they are allowing sites and blogs that host torrents and wares etc. I guess in Russia has its perks, and doing stuff like that is one of them. But as long as people are making money of it, who cares?
Network is legit. I have used them in the past and know people who have used them in the past. CPM is absolute rock bottom. I would look elsewhere for a better network if you are interested in CPM ads, their rates are absolute bottom of the barrel for non-popup ads. Not sure how their pop-up rates are right now. I have traffic which is 40% North America, 40~45% EU, only around 5~7% Asia so I am unsure of how it is for more Asia dominated sites.
Hello guys, i was using Propellerads for few days and on start was very good CPM was stable (0.6) and Impressions count was also good. But 1 day all go down CPM was 0.05, they start to take my money which i got previous days and when i contact support they send me automatic message how CPM is dynamic, and they dont care to check what is going on and why my CPM dropped so low from 0.6 to 0.05Here are the pictures for proof:
when i saw my forecast on their site i quit directly , so whats the advice if you see the forecast over 100$ per month then use it
Good network for pops, have no complaints at the moment. Rates are generally good, not perfect but good. But I'm only on my way to the 1st payment, hope that there will be no problems with this.
hello, First thing, sorry for my very bad English, I'm French and I worked for several years in marketing cpa, I wanted to howl against the new version of Propeller Ads for advertiser (they recently changed their min cpm rules) before they had 3 categories to determine the minimum cPM for each country , $2 for tier1, $1 for tiers2 and 0.5 for tiers3,in this format I had a very good ROI with these rules but since 1 month they lowered the cpm at 0.5 for all countries, I thought, great, but the surprise did not last long....for all country with this CPM you get NOTHING !!!! Example before with Kuwait, for the same amount of visitors the price has multiplied by 2 or 3 with their new rules.....for tiers1 country it's even worse..... So you must increase your cpm much higher than before for the same amount of traffic, and now when you decide to target a particular site id you must spend between $5-$10/cpm to get only few popunder/days,after having spend more $4000 with this network I spend my budget on another network.....these new CPM rules is a big scam for Advertiser.....
Today my CPM rate is Exactly 0!While my traffic, geo, conversion etc has no difference with last days(it is even better).I have submited a ticket and i have received a autoamtic routine answer. What could make a site to get 0 CPM rate?
Now,it is actually 2.3 after i sent them another ticket. But i still wonder how CPM rate can be 0(event if the traffic come from the lowest qualilty geo)
they might pay people but their system is crap. They use a monthly cpm rate to calculate the earnings which means if you have 1 day a cpm of 2$ and other day 0.20$ they reduce the earnings from previous day (which i would consider as fraud). Its nowhere explained nor do any other network i ever worked with did that. CPM rate is very high at the beginning but drops low after 2-3 days with that in mind and the 100$ minimum payout they must have made millions out of publishers who left their network. cons: no transparency about cpm calculation 100$ minimum Payout NO paypal (i guess they got banned from paypal) Net 30 payout terms (for a popunder network thats way too much) low cpm (starts high but goes rock bottom after 2-3 days) pro fill rate is high after aksing why they reduce earnings from previous days i got this Dasha 6 minutes ago Hello! According to 4.3 of Publisher Agreement Propeller Ads is entitled to make an adjustments in Publisher’s account in the following cases: To pay promotions and bonuses Due to technical reasons Due to Publisher’s fraudulent activity On the basis of additional agreements with You Due to Advertiser’s complaints or refunds Regards, PA Support Team! with that part of the agreement they do whatever they want. i wouldnt recommend anyone using this network.
Well, I joined them to see what they offered. Which was very little. After getting the site verified via a meta header code, they take you right to the types of ads they offer. Including a listing of banner ads (which is I wanted to use for my client's site). Well, they have a message there that says "Banner ads are not available now." So, I chat with a support rep, asking if there is any timetable for when banner ads would be available. He sad, "Not anytime soon." So, why the heck offer it as an option? Sheesh. That is a red flag right there, as they obviously want you to use popunders, popups and other types of ads that shady sites love to use and serve. Sorry, my client's site is a well known, professional site that does want to be showing popups of Russian warez and casino sites. When it comes to CPM networks, your rule of thumb should always be, ONLY use US-based networks. You use foreign ones at your own risk.
