Hello, I have used Propeller Ads from more than a week time and I was unsatisfied with their results, also support staff response isn't good. I am not just talking on sky as I have reviewed it on my blog at http://advicesacademy.com/review/propeller-ads-media-review/. At the end of day, I just gave them 6,000 impressions for free, as the report not even showed $0.01. When contacted they said they need conversion. I ask the other DP users does any CPM network ask for conversions openly?
They doesn't have pay any CPM to tier-2/3 countries. I have tried them for week or 10 days. 10 impressions, earning $0.03 while I get 20% visitors overall from US, 5% Canada, UK, Australia.
I am also using propellerads for 4 months. My eCPM is more than 1 on bannerads and pop under ads. I am very satisfied with this network and not gonna change it. Best Support by adding account manager on skype.

To answer your question. Yes and no. Most CPM Networks, aren't actually purely CPM based, they are hybrid (combination of CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI etc) which then all combines to make up your eCPM. In a lot of cases where a publisher sees super low CPM's or CPM's at $0.00 it means the network doesn't have enough CPM campaigns, or it means the network is just doing funny business so they can skim impressions to increase profit margins. I have heard great things about Propeller Ads from execs at Fortune 500 Companies in the industry.
Skype support is not replying me .... I mailed them multiple times but they are not replying to my mail. My payment is reversed due to certain limitations on my webmoney account and now they are not replying whether they will make payment in next month or release payment again as I removed limitations. Any propellerads support team member on DP guide me ......
plz try to put your prob in your propellerads admin account which they allow you and your account manager will reply you and help you and yes they will send payment in next money may i know how much payment they sent ? and also your monthly earning ?
I posted there in admin section and after 3 days , they replied me that payment has been released. And closed the thread , I know that payment was released but it was reversed due to certain limitations on the account. Payment reversed was 2124 $ and monthly is almost 4000 $. I am not satisfied and want to have contact with some person from finance department of propellerads . I have once read a thread where some propellerads person from dp has solved the issue of the publisher.
thats good idea but i think account manager is best choice to solve your issue also email propellerads may be they will reply you
Account manager always helped me in the problems but in this issue Kristina Baker [Account Manager] is not replying me
yes she is pretty lazy to reply but she always reply on time you need to open tickets again i think now they will issue your payment next month because they issued your payment before but your payment reverse that is main reason they will send you next month i think so may be i m wrong
I openned another ticket and also removed their ad codes. I am really worried about my payment. They are having very bad customer support.
what she told you ? i mean they send you payment again or what she solve your problem plz update all of us to know if any body face this prob in future than he she know what is do next/?
She confirmed that with the finance department and they confirmed that payment is returned back . After that she offered me If I again want to take money in that account or some other account . Also If I want to winthdraw this money in next month but I opted for withdrawing in this month on another account. Tomorrow they will send money to another webmoney z purse.
