I get them invited to participate in their network a few days ago.
I have tried to put their banner on my website a few days.
They give a pretty good rate. I receive $ 0.16 ecpm.
Higher madadsmedia I have used before.
Payment net7. There is no minimum payment.
Anyone have experience with them?

they accept international and many categories
try to test with your small site (no money site), they approve very quick (not over 1 hour)
your visitors must load many ad-networks so long (test and see in bottom bar )
not sure it make annoying for the visitors who have low speed internet
