I've sent them 3 email messages over the past couple of weeks and have not heard a peep from their end, it's pretty rude of them and frustrating for me. Anyone had luck mailing them recently?
I tried to email a couple of times (not about something that you could find in the faq section) a month or two ago, but got no response. I agree with you, frustrating and unprofessional in my opinion. Don't know what to suggest, but I can empathise with you.
I've been waiting on a product approval response for over a week so far, seems they're quite busy or slacking.
I have received 2 mails in the past 2 weeks. Both were Vendor setup questions. Probably support guys are taking a off. Is it some holiday season in US ?
If you are sending an email saying that their tracking is crap or your sales went down, then don't expect a reply, lol
recently I contacted clickbank about wire transfer to my country I got reply within 3 minutes !!!! Then for another email i got reply within 40 minutes. I think it depends what you ask them if you asked why your sales are down then probably they won't answer that kind of questions :-D
